My car needed a bit of work and they fitted the parts and my car was ready 2 hours later. Absolute brilliant customer service and will use this place from now on. Thanks.
It’s the first time I visit this garage and it’s under a warranty. This usually take long procedure but they just fixed all the problem within 2 days. It’s really effective. Also the front desk lady is really responsible and informative to the whole process. Absolutely will return if I got any problem but hopefully I just needed to find them for MOT or service😂 which mean my car got no any other problems 😂
Brilliant customer service from making my appointment at reception then taking my car for work to be completed. The owner greeted me on arrival, very cheerful & friendly, explained my options and then he resolved the issue. What a great business with excellent customer service and certainly will use garage again.
Highly recommended first they've fixed my EGR Valve on my Outlander, later Aircon guys in garage are great had very good experience and special thanks to lady on phone she did great job too
